Kokar Island, Finland

Kokar, with a population of only 300, has a strikingly barren landscape and is one of the most interesting island groups in Aland. The little town of Karlby has a bank, post office and grocery story. There is the Kokar Homestead Museum which highlights the local history and there is a short nature trail.
