Guesthouse Lundur

Guesthouse Lundur offers private rooms, sleeping bag accomodations and a campground. At our restaurant we can either offer you to order the course of the day or from our private menue of the house.

During the evening between 18:00-21:00 on wednesday, friday and saurday we offer pizza italian style. Here we have a swimming pool and a hot tub. We have an excelent playground for kids. Lundur is an ideal place to plan a meeting whith a group of people, be it a family gathering or a convoy of travellers. Lundur is situated in the heart of natural beauty and only a 10 minute drive to the national park of Jökulsárcanyon. Fishing permits are sold here for the rivers Litluá and Brunná. Permits for the lagoon of Presthólar are also sold here. A splendid fishing ground not far from Kópasker.
