Itinerary

Depart Helsinki railway station at 10.00am for to St. Petersburg. Arrive at 2.38pm. Transfer to the hotel with a panoramic city tour featuring the major highlights of the city. Dinner at the hotel.

After breakfast, a tour of the Hermitage Museum featuring the Old Masters, State Rooms of the Winter Palace and Impressionists` Exhibition. Lunch at a local restaurant. Visit the Yusupov Palace which saw the most dramatic episodes of the story of Russia, the murder of Rasputin.

After breakfast an excursion to Pushkin, one of the former Imperial summer residences and a visit to Catherine's Palace. Lunch at a local restaurant. Later continue to Peterhof, the summer residence of the czars. Enjoy its enormous park with beautiful fountains!

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the railway station for the train to Moscow. Arrive Moscow and check in at the hotel.

Ride the famous Moscow metro the the Red Square. A visit to Kremlin area and into one of its ancient cathedrals. Lunch break at Manege shopping mall. Later a walking tour of the Red Square.

A city tour this morning features the highlights of the city with a visit to the Cathedral of Christ the Savior. Lunch

Optional tour to the Tretyakov Art Gallery with nearly 50,000 works of art. Transfer to the train station for your overnight train to Helsinki.

Arrive Helsinki at 12.00 noon. End of the arrangements.
