A tour that combines our most requested tour of all three Baltic States with the highlights of Poland’s must-visit cities of Krakow and Warsaw. The 12-day guided coach tour starts on Tuesday in Krakow and ends on the next Saturday in Tallinn.

Itinerary

 
Day 1     Krakow
Accommodation: Novotel City West Hotel

Arrival in Krakow. Optional transfer to your hotel. Check-in at the hotel.

At 20:00, welcome meeting with your guide at the Novotel City West hotel. Guests staying at the Secesja hotel will be picked-up at 19:30 and transferred to the meeting and back.

 
Day 2     Krakow
Accommodation: Novotel City West Hotel
Meals: Breakfast

 In the morning, Krakow city tour with transfer from hotels including visits to the Old market square (Picture 1), Cloth Hall, Barbican and City Walls. Free time in the centre. Afterwards, in the early afternoon a tour to Wieliczka salt mine with return transfers from hotels and city centre. In the evening a live piano concert of Chopin music at Chopin Gallery with transfer from hotels and complimentary glass of wine. Evening at leisure in the centre.

 
Day 3     Krakow - Warsaw
Accommodation: Novotel Warszawa Centrum
Meals: Breakfast / Lunch

In the morning, departure by coach to the city of Czestochowa and visit of the Jasna Gora monastery (Picture 3), the most important

pilgrimage site of Poland. The monastery houses the world-famous

picture of Virgin Mary, called Black Madonna. Lunch on the way to

Warsaw. Arrival in Warsaw, check-in at hotel.

 
Day 4     Warsaw
Accommodation: Novotel Warszawa Centrum
Meals: Breakfast

In the morning, tour of Warsaw with transfer from hotels including visits to Old Market square, St John’s cathedral and Royal Castle Square with Sigismund column. Free time in the city centre. In the

afternoon a Chopin tour with transfer from hotels. The tour includes a visit to the church of Holy Cross with the urn of Chopin’s heart, visit to Lazienki Royal Park with famous Chopin’s statue and entrance to Chopin’s museum.

Evening at leisure in the city centre.

 
Day 5     Warsaw - Vilnius
Accommodation: Radisson Blu Astorija Hotel
Meals: Breakfast / Lunch

In the morning, transfer to Vilnius, Lithuania. On the way, stop in the picturesque little town Augustow located on the river Netta. It is surrounded by beautiful lakes. Lunch on the way to Vilnius. Arrival in Vilnius, check-in at hotel.

 
Day 6     Vilnius
Accommodation: Radisson Blu Astorija Hotel
Meals: Breakfast

In the morning, Vilnius sightseeing tour including visits to the medieval as well as the modern sections of the city. Visit the Grand Cathedral of Peter & Paul, the small church of St Anna, a gem of Gothic architecture, and the University of Vilnius. In the afternoon, a tour to Trakai, the medieval capital of Lithuania. On the beautifully situated island in the middle of the Galves lake, there lies a 14th century red brick castle which now houses a history museum.

Day 7     Vilnius - Riga
Accommodation: Semarah Hotel Metropole

After breakfast, departure by deluxe coach to Riga. En route, a visit to the Hill of Crosses, a famous hill with more than a thousand crosses, and the splendid 18th century Rundale Palace, the former summer residence

of the Duke of Kurland. Lunch on the way to Riga.

Day 8     Riga

After breakfast, Riga city tour. The old town will delight you with the colorfully restored merchant’s residences, the cozy beer cellars and cafes, historical monuments like the Dome Cathedral, St Peter's Church, the Powder Tower and more. View the masterpieces of early 20th century: the Art Nouveau architecture. Afternoon at leisure

 
Day 9     Riga - Sigulda
Accommodation: Semarah Hotel Metropole
Meals: Breakfast

After breakfast a Sigulda sightseeing tour. Sigulda is often called the "Latvian Switzerland" because of the beauty of its landscape. Visit the 13th century Turaida castle and the mysterious Gutmana Cave linked to a romantic medieval love legend. Afternoon at leisure.

 
Day 10     Riga - Tallinn
Accommodation: Nordic Hotel Forum
Meals: Breakfast / Lunch

After breakfast, departure by coach to Tallinn. En route, sightseeing at the Ethnographic Open Air Museum on the outskirts of Riga to see the traditional Latvian rural buildings, the oldest ones dating from the 17th century. View the Baltic Sea coast along the way and enjoy a sightseeing tour of the Estonian town Parnu. Lunch on the way. Arrival in Tallinn, check in at the hotel.

 
Day 11     Tallinn

After breakfast, Tallinn city tour in the medieval town (Picture 13).

In the afternoon, enjoy OPTIONAL tour to Kadriorg Park & Palace, founded in 1721 by the

Russian Emperor Peter the Great as a gift to his wife Catherine II to use as a summer residence
