Day 1     Reykjavik
Accommodation: Reykjavik Natura Berjaya Hotel

Once you have landed at Keflavik Airport in Iceland, please pick up your luggage and head through customs. Transfer on own to Reykjavik and check-in at your hotel in Reykjavik city. The day is yours to rest and use at your own leisure.

 
Day 2     Egilsstadir
Accommodation: Icelandair Hotel Herad
Meals: Breakfast

In the early morning, self-transfer to the domestic airport in Reykjavik. Catch the first morning flight to Egilsstaðir, the capital of East, the duration of the flight is approx. 1 hour.

Upon arrival at Egilsstaðir Domestic Airport, you will be met by a local chauffer who will drive you to your hotel for check in.

Straight after check-in embark on a 3-4 hours magical journey that opens up for you the kingdom of elves and hidden people. Numerous stories of elves and hidden people take place in East Iceland, and we will tell you the tales and folklore related to the area. You will get the unique opportunity to meet the locals whose work and lives are affected by the close community with these mystical beings.

The tour consists of walking in town, stopping at various interesting sites and a short drive to the other side of the Lagarfljot Lake, known for its serpentine monster.

You might be surprised that even nowadays many Icelanders genuinely believe in hidden people and their existence. This is the chance to experience mystical elf sites, untouched nature and pristine landscape.

 
Day 3     Egilsstadir
Accommodation: Icelandair Hotel Herad
Meals: Breakfast

Spend the day in Egilsstaðir or book any of the optional tours available:

Reindeerland (3-4 hrs)

Reindeer are only found in the eastern part of Iceland. Join a local guide specialized in tracking these majestic animals roaming the breathtaking winter landscape.

Dinner with the Locals (2-3 hrs)

For the ultimate local experience, enjoy a hearty meal and friendly hospitality in the home of Icelandic townsfolk.

Eastern Landscapes & Legends by Super Jeep (5-6 hrs)

Explore Iceland‘s uninhabited interior and remote eastern area from the vantage point of a Super Jeep. Search for the serpentine monster in Lake Lagarfljót and enjoy exhilarating relaxation in the natural hot pools of Laugarfell overlooking Mt. Snæfell.

 
Day 4     Reykjavik
Accommodation: Reykjavik Natura Berjaya Hotel
Meals: Breakfast

In the morning transfer to the domestic airport in Egilsstaðir and flight back to Reykjavik. Transfer on own to hotel for an overnight stay. The day is at your leisure.

 
Day 5     Reykjavik
Meals: Breakfast

Please be prepared to leave the hotel about 3 hours before the departure of your fligh

Transfer on your own to the airport.
