Lithuania is predominantly Catholic, and Vilnius is full of beautiful churches. You can expect there will be lots of Easter masses and activities and many people on the streets in Vilnius during Easter. In the center/old town, you can walk everywhere. It is a very cozy and green city. Perfect place to spend Easter.

Arrival in Vilnius,private car transfer to Hotel Radisson Blu Astoria*****, check-in; welcome meeting and welcome dinner included.

Vilnius is known for its more than 1.200 medieval buildings and 48 churches. The morning sightseeing tour includes a panoramic tour of the city and a walking tour of the Old Town with Vilnius Cathedral, Gediminas Tower, Peter and Paul Church, St. Anne’s Church, the Old University and the Gates of Dawn, the tour ends at the Cathedral square to join the Easter market and for those who are interested take part in one of the main tradition, try the egg coloring, afternoon at leisure to explore more of Vilnius individually, optional local beer and snacks tasting in Restaurant Prie Katedros in Old Town.

The optional visit in the morning to Amber Museum Gallery in the Old Town to see the amber road, which is presented in an original and artistic way: drops of amber rolling down the pine, expositions of Lithuanian and foreign artist's works and take advantage of the amber by touching it, smelling and even tasting in a special amber drink, afternoon optional excursion is offered to Trakai, the medieval capital of Lithuania, with the well-preserved Trakai Castle, beautifully located on an island in Lake Galve, return to Vilnius. In the evening a farewell dinner at the traditional Restaurant Ida Basaar is included.
