Itinerary

On arrival, transfer to your Dubrovnik area hotel. Due to various arrival times, no meals or activities are planned for today.

EMBARK SHIP – SET SAIL for KORCULA

After a leisurely breakfast transfer to the harbor to embark your ship between 11 and 12:30 pm and settle into your cabin. As you set sail for Korcula, your Cruise Manager will hold a welcome meeting. On arrival enjoy a walking tour of the Old Town. (in case of late arrival the tour will be held the following morning)

CRUISE: KORCULA-PUCISCE (BRAC)

Morning set sail with a swim stop along the route. On arrival to Pucisce (pronounced “Puchishche”), enjoy a visit to the Stonemasonry school. The balance of the day is free to explore this quaint Dalmatian town and enjoy an al fresco drink in one of its café’s.

CRUISE: OMIS – SPLIT

Morning tour of the Pirate town of Omis followed by the delightful Cetina River excursion. Continue sailing with an afternoon swim stop prior to arriving in Split in the afternoon. Walking tour of the UNESCO 1700 year old Diocletian’s Palace.

SPLIT – HVAR

Join the staff for a morning tour of the huge open air produce and fish markets. Sail on to the Island of Hvar, where upon arrival you will enjoy a lavender presentation followed by a walking tour of this popular summer resort town. Overnight.

VELA LUKA (KORCULA)

Breakfast followed with a swim stop, prior to reaching Vela Luka, Korcula’s main port. After a short introductory walking tour, the balance of the day is free to explore on your own or take the optional Olive Oil factory and Wine Tasting tour. Tonight enjoy a special treat as a classic Dalmatian a cappella group performs for you on board.

MLJET NATIONAL PARK

Sail on to Mljet with a swim stop along the way. On arrival, enjoy this island oasis or take a walking tour of the fantastic Mljet National Park, enjoy a dip in one its two unspoiled lakes or take the included boat ride to the Franciscan Monastery located in the middle of the larger lake. Overnight in Mljet.

MLJET – ELEFITI ISLANDS - DUBROVNIK

Sail from Mljet to one of the unspoiled Elefiti Islands where you will stop for a final swim in the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic, prior to sailing on to Dubrovnik where you will arrive around lunchtime. Enjoy a tour of the Old Town. Final dinner and overnight.

END CRUISE – TRANSFER HOTEL – START ALPS TOUR

After a final breakfast, bid your lovely crew goodbye as you transfer to your Dubrovnik hotel where you will meet your new Tour Director and fellow passengers for dinner tonight.

Take an optional tour, laze by the pool or enjoy a full day at leisure

while the newly arrived passengers take the Dubrovnik city tour. Meals are on your own.

Depart Dubrovnik and travel north along the spectacular Adriatic coast, past old fishing villages and new resorts. On arrival, you may take a repeat of the city tour or explore this historic treasure trove on your own.227 km

Trogir and Plitvice Lakes

After breakfast, head to Trogir, the center of artistic activities. Scholars from around the world gather to study and paint here. Then, turn inland and travel to Plitvice Lakes National Park. Upon arrival, have your camera ready and take a walking tour around several of the lower lakes. Marvel at the breathtaking scenery of this natural wonder of 16 terraced lakes surrounded by thickly wooded mountains and lush vegetation. 317 km

Opatija, Postojna and Bled

Return to the coast and travel along the beautiful bay of Kvarner to its popular resort, Opatija. After some free time, journey north to Postojna, home to one of the largest caves in Europe. Tour the fantastic subterranean world by miniature electric train. Afterwards, continue to Bled, beautifully set amidst the Julian Alps. 352 km

LAKE Bled

A sightseeing tour of Bled features the charming town with the lakeshore, and the imposing Bled Castle, perched on a cliff high above the lake. The balance of the day is at leisure for optional activities, such as visiting the small island in the middle of the lake.

Ljubljana and Zagreb

Start your day with a walking tour of Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia. Visit the most significant sights of the old city centre: the picturesque Central open-air Market and the Three Bridges, both designed by famous architect Joze Plecnik, Baroque Town Hall and Robba's Fountain. Then, continue to Zagreb, the capital city of Croatia. 189 km

This morning, enjoy a city tour featuring the historic Upper Town, St. Mark’s Church, St. Catherine’s Church, the Cathedral, the Parliament and the Government Palace. The rest of the day is at leisure to explore the winding streets of the old town or take an optional excursion to the countryside.
